Test Jig

The jig is a dual station and is mainly responsible for testing the switch current of the mobile phone motherboard. Specific test items can also be made according to customer needs.

BB1 Fixture

1. Transfer the test points, power connectors, headphone jacks, USB ports, etc. on the motherboard of the product to the external surface of the structure. SIM & SD card test is performed by simulating the SIM & SD card on the PCB.

When testing the motherboard, use the terminals on the external surface of the structure to power on the motherboard and test the motherboard test items such as power supply and USB ports through the terminals.

BLT-DL&SA Combined fixture

During the test, put PCB into the carrier, the start button is manually pressed, and the entry and exit warehouse components are put into the warehouse. After the warehouse is in place, the needle bed component performs the pressing action.

Camera automatically scans the QR code and starts testing. After the test is completed, press the start button to enter and exit the warehouse assembly and exit the warehouse to remove PCB.

LED Screen Test

LCD_TEST fixture is composed of a product Holder component, a box component, a platform component, and a center calibration part.

The product is placed in the holder -component, button control or automatic control, the USB-automatic plug-in component performs automatic insertion, and starts testing. After the test is completed, press the start button to unplug the USB - automatic plug-in component. Take out the phone.

ECT fixture

Support automatic exit of positions after the test is completed, software needs to send instructions for execution, and supports code scanning.

Independent working mode, the two stations on the machine are in an independent state, and any one of the stations can be discharged from the warehouse and continue to work.

Strong compatibility, convenient product changeover, no need to replace the whole machine. Only holder can complete the product change. When the module is replaced, the replacement can be completed in the factory, and the operation is simple.

The test pins on the machine are made of IGUN, so the test is relatively stable.

Automatic Laminating Machine

The equipment is a professional automatic production machine for automatic attachment of various optical films such as backlight diffusion film, light enhancement film, and light shielding film. It has the advantages of few overlap defects, high degree of automation, safe and reliable operation, and easy operation. It is an important equipment required in the production process of backlight.

Automatic screw machine

The feeding system sorts the screws and distributes the screws through a distributor, and the pipes send the screws to the driver.

An electric or pneumatic screwdriver that locks the screws into the product. Compared to holding the screw in one hand, the electric screw or the air screw in one hand. After locking one screw, you only need to lift the screwdriver to align the next screw hole to lock the screw. The machine will automatically transfer a screw to the screwdriver when you lift the screwdriver, wait for the next screw to be locked, and so on.

BLT single station mini DL

Support automatic exit of positions after the test is completed, the test software needs to send instructions for execution.

Added automatic mode, only need to be responsible for loading and unloading manually.

The machine is easy to maintain and convenient to transport. The dual-cylinder mode ensures stable compression.

Strong compatibility, convenient product changeover, only the module-needle bed component needs to be replaced, can be completed in the factory, and the operation is simple.

Control method between machine and computer: RS232, Download method: USB transmission method.

The machine is equipped with anti-pinch hand function to increase machine safety performance.

BLT - single station MBT

Responsible for testing the startup current, standby current, write number, version number, geomagnetism, shutdown current, etc. of the PCB.

During the test, manual loading and unloading, placing the PCB into holder, press the start buttons on the left and right sides of the fixture at the same time, the needle bed is pressed down, and the camera automatically scans the code and starts test.

To meet the finished product test function, the test probe is selected by INGUN, holder assembly need to be made of ESD material. The test equipment is compatible with multiple types of product testing.

Calibration jig

Test functions mainly include USB test, battery test, SIM card test, RF, speaker test, headset test, microphone test, Keypad LED, vibration test, LCD test, etc.

The functions can be added according to customer needs. The customers include Foxconn and Xiaomi.

Label adapter fixture

Label Adapter Test fixture for the whole machine, put the mobile phone in the Holder part, and insert the USB to start testing the boot of the mobile phone. Currently, customers include Foxconn and Nokia.

FPC soft board test fixture

Through the connector test FPC soft board circuit ICT test, the operator puts the tested object into the Holder cylinder and presses it, and then the button on the operation panel starts the soft board test. The running time of the test mechanism for a single product: 6 ~ 9s, convenient and fast, Currently using customer Sony.

Primus fixture

This fixture is mainly a function test of the mobile phone motherboard, including USB test, battery connection, SIM card detection, RF test, FM test, audio test, Torch LED and Keypad LED test, etc.

Rafla fixture

This fixture is a four-station test. The main test functions are USB test, battery connection, SIM card test, RF test, FM test, audio test, Torch LED and Keypad LED test, etc.
